Use this checklist to make sure that you have edited all areas of your site.

Is your correct license number on the site? The Department of Insurance in your State may require it. By default we place this on the bottom of the Home Page, www.yourdomain.com.

Have you edited the content on the Home Page, www.yourdomain.com?
 
______ Quotes page.
Have you edited the content on the introductory Quotes Page, www.yourdomain.com/quotes.php3?
 
______ Services page.
Have you edited the content on the Services Page, www.yourdomain.com/services.php3?
 
______ About Us page.
Have you edited the content on the About Us Page, www.yourdomain.com/about.php3?
 
______ Links page.
Have you edited the content on the Links Page, www.yourdomain.com/links.php3?
 
______ Quote email message.
Have you edited the content of the email message that is automatically sent to the customer after they submit a quote? Fill out a quote form yourself using your own email address to see the message. (This does not apply to third-party quote forms.)
 
______ Contact Us page.
Have you edited the content on the Contact Us Page, www.yourdomain.com/contact.php3? Check the email address(es), phone numbers, street/mailing address, office hours and directions.
 
______ Test the forms.
Have you tested every single quote and claim form on your site to make sure that you are receiving the information by email?
 

Level II only:

______ Claims disclaimer.
Have you edited the claims disclaimer on the last page of the Claim Forms? Fill out the form as needed to get to the last page.
